INTENSE  ROAST

Our roasts. Four expressions of coffee.

Café Ancestral V60, vapor y calidez

Medium Roast

A harmonious, well-balanced cup that brings together flavor, aroma, and body, allowing the coffee’s character to shine. Ideal for pour-over methods such as V60 and Chemex, or a smooth French press brew.

Café intenso, chocolate y aroma profundo

Intense Roast

A richer coffee with a pronounced aroma, fuller body, and notes of dark chocolate. Lower acidity creates a rounded cup with depth and intensity. Enjoy it brewed in a French press, moka pot, or drip coffee maker.

Ritual cremoso de Café French Roast

French Roast

A bold roast with lasting flavor, a rich aroma, and a body that lingers on the palate. Its distinctive character pairs beautifully with milk, making it a delicious choice for cappuccinos, lattes, and other creamy coffee drinks.

Italian Roast, espresso, moka y caramelo tostado

Italian Roast

Our darkest roast, full of depth and character. Notes of dark cocoa, caramel, and toasted nuts meet low acidity for a rich, intense cup. Ideal for a bold espresso, a traditional moka pot brew, or milk-based drinks.
